What it takes off HR’s desk

Four jobs HR was never trained for, in one workspace.

For the HR lead keeping permits in a spreadsheet

Every international employee, their permit and its terms, on one roster.

  • Invite your team by email, spreadsheet or Google Workspace. Each person consents before anything is shared.
  • Whether each person’s profile says they are on a work or study permit, with their role and worksite.
  • For a licensed review of a permit, engage Immigratic under its own agreement, or your own representative. It is not part of the subscription.
Only IRCC decides whether a permit is valid. Lexpoint shows what is on file.

One published monthly price for the software, invoiced by Lexpoint, and Immigratic’s rate for each application, agreed in writing with Immigratic before work starts.

For your employees

Your people get an account of their own.

Every employee you invite gets their own Lexpoint account: ImmiReport across more than 60 permanent residence programs, their profile in one place, and letters from you on request. It is a benefit they notice, and a reason to stay.

  • You never see their score, their ImmiReport or their PR plans.
  • Nothing is shared until they accept your invitation, and they can end the connection at any time.
  • You see their case only if they share its timeline link: milestones and dates, no names or documents.

Questions

Before you sign up.

No. Only IRCC decides that. Lexpoint shows what is on file and when each document ends. For a licensed review, engage Immigratic under its own agreement, or your own representative.

Lexpoint Inc. It is software, and Lexpoint invoices the subscription. It does not give legal or immigration advice. Regulated services, such as applications, are separate: through Immigratic, a firm of licensed immigration consultants, under its own agreement, or through your own representative.

Applications and consultations, through Immigratic at its rates or through your own representative; a licensed review; and government and third-party fees. There is no setup fee.

A reference letter states facts you already know. Some support does come with commitments: a job offer for a provincial nomination or an LMIA includes obligations about the role and the wage. A licensed firm, such as Immigratic, can explain them before you sign anything.

Either. Many employers pay it as a retention benefit. Immigratic’s rate is agreed in writing first. Your employee is the client for their own application and can choose their own representative.

No. They can keep their own representative. Immigratic agrees with them who handles each task and gets the authorizations each one needs.
